Gliding overhead the undulating plains that host Africa's favorite wildlife sanctuary, the sight below is breath-taking. In a moment, a large flock of Zebras appear and through my window seat I number possibly 100s of them grazing gracefully beneath the mid morning sun.

This was an edifying forty-five min flight from Nairobi, I think silently as we are ushered straight into a 4 wheel land rover to drive us to Cottars camp. Our guide heightens our anticipation when he mentions that after dinner later that evening, our expedition continues with a late evening game drive.
